Cancellation requests must be sent via email to ssoasm2024-registration@icsevents.com. Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and amount paid.
Refunds of meeting’s registrations fees paid, less a S$15 administration fee, will be granted until 30 June 2024. No refunds are possible for cancellations received after 30 June 2024.
Registrant substitutions of equal levels will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the SSO ASM Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is 30 June 2024 via email ssoasm2024-registration@icsevents.com.
Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of online payment. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact ssoasm2024-registration@icsevents.com.

Alijet & Fargo International has been appointed as the company to collect all applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies and file them with the Italian Ministry of Health to obtain a preventive approval for Italian physicians to attend the IASLC 2023 World Conference on Lung Cancer.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the WCLC 2024 Conference Secretariat’s address on or before August 23, 2024, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 150 USD administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 23, 2024, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegates information.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
